Welcome to my real estate website! I would love to show you all the great things about Northern Colorado, especially my home of Fort Collins.

A little bit about myself… I was born in southwestern Pennsylvania and lived there for around 25 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History and Fine Arts from Seton Hill College in Greensburg. I have loved photography since a young age (my beatnik aunt and uncle were artists and photographers and instilled a love for jazz, art, and photography). This love for photography culminated in a 12 year career as a professional wedding photographer. I still photograph weddings in places such as Aspen and Vail, but limit my commissions to 5 per year. Studying architecture and history in school sparked my interest in real estate. We had some difficult experiences with buying our home in Ireland and Fort Collins and this is when I really became interested in becoming a realtor. I want to give people a positive experience with real estate and help them smoothly attain their goals while building equity and a home for the future.

I love traveling, especially to Europe. I studied abroad in London and Florence Italy during college, and traveled for 3 months by train throughout Europe on my own. I ended up meeting my husband Niall while living in Japan (he was on the same teaching program) and we moved to Ireland together in 2003. We lived in Ireland for 10 years and this is where our children were born. Niall is from County Clare on the West coast of Ireland.

Niall is now a history teacher at Fossil Ridge High School in South Fort Collins where we live. We moved here in 2013 (my sister and her family have been here since the mid-90s and my parents retired here). We love the 300 days of sunshine that Colorado gets and the easy access to the mountains. We love Old Town and all of the cool breweries and restaurants here. The kids love biking on the trails and the multitude of parks and natural areas. I do miss the sea and our family in Ireland …but we are lucky to visit every year!

Here are a few of my favorite things: family, travel, books, art (I love collecting antique oil paintings), nature, photography, cooking (my new favorite cookbook is The Irish Farmette by Imen O’Donnell), linen, pottery (wabi-sabi Japanese raku is my favorite), science-fiction like Blade Runner, Georgian classical architecture (Dublin!), the mountains in the summer, wildflowers, the ocean, margaritas, cappuccinos, summer mornings having breakfast on the patio, cats & dogs, history, RTE & the BBC, indigo blue, October, rooms with a view, seafood, almond-flavored cakes, calligraphy, photo-albums, Old Town, cobblestones, live theater, moss, burled walnut, cozy fireplaces…
